Blue Lagoon is One of the Wonders of the World 04 February 2012 The Blue Lagoon is among the wonders of the world according to National Geographic. It is included in a list of 25 locations around the globe in the magazine’s special edition on wonders of the world.
In its description of Blue Lagoon National Geographic says "the steaming turquoise pools of Iceland's Blue Lagoon, trapped in volcanic rock represent an otherworldly vision." National Geographic says that Blue Lagoon is a geothermal gift of nature. The rain forest is Borneo, Great Rift Valley in East Africa and Cave of Crystals in Mexico are among the 25 amazing places on the National Geographic list.
Hi Oren, I am popping in once again. I agree the Blue Lagoon is like it was made by God's own hand as if he were painting a beautiful picture. There are so many beautiful places in the world that I wish we all could visit and share the feelings we have when we see them. I have seen a few and hold them dear to my heart. Thank Goodness we took pictures so I can pull them out and be amazed and thankful to God for the time he took to show us what true beauty is. My prayers have been for you, and all the others. I haven't forgotten anyone, I am just editing my novel 'A Chosen Journey' and adding a sequel to it. It has taken a very long time to work on it. I want it to be perfect and a self help novel for those addicted to drugs and alcohol. It also is a story of abused women and how they can escape their abuser and begin their life all over again. I look forward to hearing from you. I will wait to hear from you. Love, Tamm
